Just want you all to know that I did call the court today and there is still not a court date set.

I also feel like sharing that because of Brett, a new low blow has come the way of our family today. For much of the day today I wished I could tell him how much I hate him, and although I can't do it to his face I know I can do it here.

Brett, I really think you're a low life piece of shit, I hate you, I hope you get whats coming to you. Sorry I won't share with you what brought this on today, I can't give you that pleasure.

Sociopathic Narcissist #2 Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter

...aka Clark Rockafeller. This guy's another classic whack job. He comes as an exchange student from Germany, cuts off communication with his family, takes on a new identity as "Clark Rockafeller" and starts a new life. He convinces himself and others that he's a member of the Rockafeller family, gets married, has a child, abducts her and now sits in prison while still believing he's a Rockafeller. Heck, they've even proven now that he's Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter and he can't bring himself to admit that he's wrong!

This guy reminded me of Brett because of how amazingly convincing he was to everyone and HIMSELF!

Come on... quit being so lame. People keep telling me that you're telling them you're not going to get in trouble and all this shit. Casey Anthony is a sociopath & a narcissist. When this case first hit the news all I kept thinking of is Brett. The whole thing, behavior, statements & actions by this crazy woman were just so Brett like to me it was creepy.

Here her daughter goes "missing" and she doesn't say anything to anyone about it for a few weeks, that sure makes sense. Then she has the nerve to go and party and hang out with her friends while her daughter is "missing." Obviously she is such a sociopath that she can totally erase any feelings she may have about the situation. She also lied about the stupidest things, like why would you say you work at Universal Studios when you don't, fully aware that if someone goes to check on this you will be proven a liar.

What do you think about my comparison of Brett to Casey? Anyone else see the similarities? (aside from the killing a child part of course)

Alright so over the last year I keep seeing people on the news that remind me of the creepy & shady behavior of our friend Mr. Brett Oliphant. When a recent reminder of Brett re-emerged in the news the other day I decided to share my list of these people that have eerily reminded me of Brett over the last year. I'll post one person a day, I'll start Monday. I would enjoy your feedback during this, it will be interesting to see if you all feel the same way I do.

Okay as said I would do, I called the Elkhart County Court #2 today to check on Brett's June court date. The date has been canceled at this time but don't worry because it's gone to another judge at Court #1. Maybe there will be justice finally because the judge is an ex prosecutor.

I'll let you know more when I know something.

I cannot really respond to you when you send me a blackhole based email. Re-send it from a real email address if you want a real response. I have never exposed any of the people who have emailed me just for the reference. I can say is that he has to go to court in June. The exact date is on this blog somewhere. I'm sure he'll weasel his way out of jail somehow... unfortunately.

A song I haven't heard in a while filled my house this morning and it made me remember someone, yes, you know who.

There were a few songs that I can remember Brett going through phases of mass repetition of. Any of you who have known him (or know him) can surely understand what I'm talking about. This is one of the songs, Hurt by NIN. At the time I didn't think much of why Brett was obsessed with these lyrics and this song. Now I know.

Testifying

Okay within the last week I've had two people contact me wanting to testify against Brett. If anyone else would like to testify let me know and I'll forward your information along. My email address is on the right hand side of your screen.

I don't even know if they are going to allow people to testify against him or what. I don't know how the whole court thing works except for the fact I'll be in the front row for both Bryan and Brett's trials.

Yeah I know I haven't posted the dates yet. Sorry.

Here's what I've been telling everyone because it's all I know at this point. I haven't gotten OFFICIAL dates for either. When I do I will post them with times and locations on this blog.

Elkhart Superior Court 2.
Brett: November 18th - Three Day Trial
Bryan: October (18th?) - Three Day Trial

This is all I know right now. I will be at both trials no matter what. Surprise surprise...

So I notice a couple of you who have posted here, or on your myspace page seem to be so defensive about Brett.

If you are so sure of yourselves and Mr. Brett then why not come forth and speak your mind? This "I trust him and not you" and "you all are stupid" stuff is lame. Call me stupid and a liar all day long if you want but if you don't have anything to back it up then why even bother?

Come on... Bring it on... Tell us now, why is he so wonderful, and how am I lying?

If you don't have the nerve to say anything then that just shows everyone that you know you're in a bad position and you've already been had!

Quit playing little kid games and bring it on...! Oh and um, Brett, feel free to respond here too!

I can't help but notice as of today 7 of 32 people "believe" Brett. As someone else said, these votes are either from current girlfriends or Brett located at other IP's.

If you happen to be one of the seven people who believe in Brett, why not post a response here and give your view on things? Maybe you are being misled and don't realize it.

Post a response and we might be able to help...

I haven't posted anything because I really don't know what to say. His trial is coming soon. I've said so much on the other blog that I feel like anything I say will be repetitive and anything more in detail I say could affect upcoming legal crap.

I've spoken with the guy at Security Profiling that wanted to tell me some stuff however I need to call him back and have yet to do that.

Basically what it comes down to is that Brett Oliphant is severely messed up in his head. He is such a sociopath and a narcissist that I don't even think he's capable of thinking like a "normal" person. NOT IN ANY WAY IS THIS AN EXCUSE FOR HIS ACTIONS! (One famous narcissistic sociopath is Charles Manson and we don't let him off the hook for being sick in the head.)

Lately on the news there is that stuff about that crazy bitch Cindy Anthony who's daughter Caylee went missing four week before she told anyone, and that was only because she was confronted. She has been described as a pathological liar, a narcissist and sociopath to the highest degree. I can't tell you how much she reminds me of Brett in so many ways. Listening to the insanity from the beginning to the things she's said to her body language and lack of emotion. I'm sure it's easy not to care when you're so messed up that you can't.

After learning more about narcissism and sociopaths and the two combined I can now see how Brett Oliphant would have no problem whatsoever ruining the lives of so many. He has ruined his brothers life, stolen from him and destroyed his family. He has stolen from investors. He has stolen or has attempted to steal physical and non physical things from so many people and has absolutely no regret, no feeling, no conscious. How can one single person be so cruel, so calculating, so evil, so wrong in so many ways? Is it something they're born with? Is it chemical? Do you learn this behavior? Is it a combination of chemical and learned?

Brett has taught me so many lessons over the past few years. All of which I thank him for. As traumatic, stressful, horrible and at times wonderful 2006 was for me, I am eternally grateful for meeting Brett Oliphant that day in 2005. He has changed my life forever for the better, as much as I hate him and hope he rots in jail. Sometimes you have to go through hell before things get better. Brett Oliphant is my example for this. So here are some things I learned from dealing with Brett. If any of this remotely applies to you in your Brett dealings, I suggest you take my advice:

1. Know the signs of narcissism and sociopaths and don't let your guard down. They're good, that's their sickness. Don't fall for it!
2. If someone/something seems too good then it probably is (we've all heard this before) duh!
3. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. (This is probably the most important business lesson that Brett taught me. He refuses to sign anything, ever.)
4. If people tell you your man has more than one girlfriend, he probably does, no matter what he says! (Remember, his sickness will allow him to convince you otherwise easily!)
5. Always trust your gut. (When I was being deceived I had a tiny guy feeling which I chose to ignore. Brett is good, that's his game.)

The purpose of this blog is to bring to light any factual information about Brett Oliphant in a clear, somewhat organized manner. As many of you know, my other blog http://bc219.blogspot.com had a lot of Brett Oliphant bashing on it, which consisted of a lot of unorganized rants, etc. I thought I'd let my blog kind of get back to normal so that I can post to it like I used to, which didn't revolve around Brett.

Here I will be compiling the loads of feedback I've gotten from others and things I myself have been a part of or have seen so that everyone can see what we now know about Brett M. Oliphant.
